| No Shows | When a patient shows up late to an appointment, or does not show up to an appointment. |
| Controlled Substances | A controlled substance is a medication which is potentially addicting. |
| Forms | If you have a form which needs to be filled out by the physician. |
| Prior Authorization | Some medications require prior authorization. |
| Refills | When your medication needs to be refilled. |
| Telephone Medicine | When you request treatment over the telephone. |
| Referrals | When you need a referral to a specialist or for a test. |

| Orders | Patients who live in group homes or at assisted living facilities often need orders signed. |
